At jigo atelier, our goal is to ensure your puzzles arrive in perfect condition, with the same care that goes into their creation.
Each puzzle is made to order in Germany to ensure responsible production and premium quality. Production and preparation usually take 3 to 5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
EU Shipping: We proudly serve only customers across the European Union to reduce our environmental impact.
Free Shipping Offer: Enjoy free shipping on orders containing two or more items. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
