Not at the moment. Every puzzle comes in a compact, gift-ready box (29 × 23 × 3.3 cm) that's easy to wrap.

Yes, from €30 to €80. Our gift cards are sent by email straight away and are valid for 1 year on all puzzles and frames.

Your puzzle is printed to order in Germany, then shipped. Total time from order to door:

• Germany and Austria: 4–7 business days
• Rest of the EU: 5–8 business days

Shipping costs €3.95 in Germany and €4.95 in the rest of the EU, and is free from €50. We only ship within the EU.

A 500-piece puzzle takes about 3–5 hours: a relaxed evening or two, and the best pick for beginners. A 1000-piece puzzle takes about 8–12 hours: the classic challenge, and a bigger artwork to frame. Each design also shows its difficulty, from ●○○ to ●●●.

It's rare, but if it happens, email us a photo of your puzzle at hello@jigo-atelier.com and we'll send you a new puzzle for free.

They're designed for adults and suit ages 12 and up. For younger puzzlers, choose 500 pieces and an easier level.

Yes, our puzzles are designed to frame. Our real wood frames (white, black or natural, made in Italy) fit our puzzles exactly. Choose a frame on any puzzle page to get the puzzle + frame set for €65 / €75 and save €6. The frame arrives in the same parcel as the puzzle.

No. The frame holds your finished puzzle flat, so no glue is needed.

Yes. You have 100 days from delivery to return an unopened puzzle, which is perfect for gifts. Email hello@jigo-atelier.com to start your return; you only pay the return postage.
