RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS


We strive for your complete satisfaction but understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Below are the details of our return policy and process:


Return Window


Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition, including all original packaging.


Damaged or Wrong Product


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos and details at hello@jigo-atelier.com within 14 days for a swift resolution. In these cases, we will reship or refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-returnable Items


We cannot accept returns for:
 • Products showing normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery.
 • Customer errors in customization or incorrect delivery information.


Return Process
 1. To initiate a return, contact us for approval and instructions at hello@jigo-atelier.com.
 2. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
 3. A return management fee of €8 will be deducted from your refund for handling and processing the returned package.


RESHIPPING POLICY

If shipments are not collected by the customer or if their acceptance is refused without justified reason, return shipping costs will be incurred. For such returns, we charge a flat return fee of €6 for packages from Germany and €11 for packages from all other EU countries or we can reship it to you with a reshipping fee of €10 to Germany or €15 to all other EU countries. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or charged subsequently. The statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.


REFUNDS
 • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
 • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
 • For partially returned orders, a partial refund will be issued.
 • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
